Cool Points by The Frozen Ones — Last updated: April 2026
When you create a Cool Points account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and purchase history at The Frozen Ones. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your Google profile name and email.
We use your information to track your Cool Points balance and rewards, send you SMS updates about our location and promotions, and personalize your experience in the app. We do not sell your data to third parties.
By providing your phone number you agree to receive SMS updates from The Frozen Ones. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or updating your notification preferences in your account settings.
We use Supabase for data storage, Square for payment processing, and Twilio for SMS delivery. Each service has its own privacy policy.
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion by emailing hello@frozenonesnc.com.
